Meringue Powder is a primary ingredient for making royal icing. It is used to make many decorations such as, cookie decorating, icing flowers, gingerbread houses and more . This icing dries hard and can be also used as a "glue" for fondant or gumpaste decorations. It can help stabilize buttercream or add body to boiled icing and meringues. Ingredients: Sugar, Dried Egg Albumen, Corn Starch, Gum Arabic, Cream of Tartar ( acidity regulator ) , Salt, Ammonium Aluminum Sulphate ( stabilizer ) , zanthan gum, citric acid, artificial flavor.

I’ve tried so many kinds of meringue powder before & thankfully I found this brand. It doesn’t have that awful after taste, sooo good and I love how it is so fluffy & smooth! My cookies are looking good than ever!

This mixes well and is easy to use but has a strange taste. Not as sweet as Wilton brand.
