Foleys Dark Chocolate Coating
We sell our bulk chocolate in 500 gram packages. These milk chocolate wafers are perfect for chocolate molds, cake pops (with cocoa butter nibs for thinning), almond bark, ganache, modelling chocolate and so much more. This is an already tempered chocolate so all you need to do is melt on low heat ( an electric fry pan is best ) and shape, pour or mold your way to soo much goodness :)
Foleys Milk Chocolate wafers are a simple, melt and use confectionery coating that does not require tempering prior to dipping or using in molds.
Foleys has excellent flavour, melts easily at a low temperature ( warm water bath ), sets quickly and takes color very well. Although these wafers are creamy in color you can add a powder color and they will whiten very easily, with very little color needed.
