The Ebb & Flow Silicone Onlay® mold creates a wave shaped pattern around a cake. Cake decorators can apply the top and bottom portion of the design, as featured in the photo, just the center, or only the bottom section to create the look of ocean waves for beach theme cakes. Creating this distinctive design requires neither cutting nor skill; just fill the Silicone Onlay® with fondant, gum paste or modeling chocolate and let the patent pending cutting blades do the work. The design is applied in a similar fashion to a cake stencil, lining up perfectly with the application of each section.
