So I had never baked a cheesecake before, I've always just made no-bake versions but I have recently been inclined to try baking one since they taste so much better! I ordered this under the impression that it was "spring form" so I thought that the sides would pop off. When I picked up in store, I was surprised to see that actually, the bottom pops up! I was skeptical but I was assured that these work well. While the cheesecake baking process was initially nerve-wracking, it turned out beautifully and this pan made it SO easy to release the cheesecake. I would highly recommend this product to anyone and I bet that they actually work better than traditional spring-form pans.
