Completely seamless and simple to use! Fat Daddio’s manufactures the largest line of removable bottom pans. Designed for cheesecakes, these commercial quality pans can also be used for upside down cakes, tiramisu, ice cream cakes, and many other desserts where the top needs to be preserved. Because removal is so simple they are perfect for bar-type cookies and brownies. Due to the density of cake batters, these pans will not leak. De-panning is as easy as pushing through the bottom!

So I had never baked a cheesecake before, I've always just made no-bake versions but I have recently been inclined to try baking one since they taste so much better! I ordered this under the impression that it was "spring form" so I thought that the sides would pop off. When I picked up in store, I was surprised to see that actually, the bottom pops up! I was skeptical but I was assured that these work well. While the cheesecake baking process was initially nerve-wracking, it turned out beautifully and this pan made it SO easy to release the cheesecake. I would highly recommend this product to anyone and I bet that they actually work better than traditional spring-form pans.
