Pretty easy to use

PRO: the embossed details are stamped deep into the cookie and retained their shape in the design.
CON: the embossed details are almost stamped to the base of the cookie and I if the cookie isn’t moved with extreme care from your counter to the cookie sheet, you’ll have to reassemble the pieces like a puzzle.
VERDICT: next time I will try to roll and cut on parchment paper, then remove trimmings and transfer the entire parchment onto a cookie sheet, thereby not disturbing the cookie once it has been cut out.
Still loved using the cutter and made 3 dozen gingerbread owls with success.
