I decided to try this for my Maple Walnut Crunch Cake instead of the imitation maple flavouring. What a difference! It gave me a true maple flavour that didn’t “bake out” of the cake. I went a little easy on it for the frosting as there was already real maple syrup in it. I love this emulsion. There maybe more in my future!
