Hi Ratio Shortening - Buttercream Icing Base
Use this Hi Ratio Shortening with our Artisan Cremin to create a heat stable, light and fluffy buttercream icing! Perfect for icing cupcakes, cakes & much more!
How to Use: Mix 1 block (approx 450g) of Artisan Cremin to 1/2 block (approx 225g) of Hi Ratio Shortening room temperature in your mixer until combined and fluffy (1-2 min) , then slowly add in approx. 4-5 cups of icing sugar & flavoring to taste!
Other Tips: The nice thing with this product is you can add as much, or as little icing sugar as you would like, add less for not as sweet, or more for the sweet tooth in your life!
As well as if you need a little more then 1 batch , but not a full 2 batches , you can mix a 1-1 ratio instead of a 1 - 1/2!
