Easy Frozen Themed Pretzel Rods

Products Used:
- Snyder's of Hanover Pretzel Rods
- Van Leer Chocolate Snaps (White)
- Cocoa Butter Nibs (for thinning the chocolate)
- Candy Snowflakes
- Frosty Mix Sprinkles
- Fuchsia sanding sugar
- Roxy & Rich Powder Color (Fat Dispersable for colouring chocolate) Brilliant Blue P5 - B05
- Pretzel bags (Optional)
Fusia Pretzel Rods
- Melt your tempered chocolate using an electric frying pan set on low (100-110 degrees) - the temperature only needs to be body temperature to melt. (if your chocolate is a bit more thick we recommend adding a couple cocoa butter nibs to thin out the chocolate to perfect dipping consistency)
- Dip pretzel, shake off extra chocolate, while chocolate is still wet sprinkle with fuchsia sanding sugar
- Finish off by adding a white candy snowflake at the base
- Set on parchment paper to dry!
Blue Pretzels Rods with Candy Snowflakes
- Melt your tempered chocolate using an electric frying pan set on low (100-110 degrees) - the temperature only needs to be body temperature to melt.
- add your powdered fat dispersible colour in brilliant blue to get your shade of blue chocolate you are looking for. Add a small amount of the powder to start and stir and then if needed add more if you want the colour more intense. With the Roxy & Rich powered colours - a little powder goes a long way. If the powder color thickens your chocolate a bit, we recommend adding a couple cocoa butter nibs to thin out the chocolate to perfect dipping consistency
- Dip pretzels in blue chocolate and shake off extra chocolate, white chocolate is still wet add on candy snowflakes.
- Set on parchment paper to dry!
White Pretzel Rod with Sprinkles & Snowflakes
- Melt your tempered chocolate using an electric frying pan set on low (100-110 degrees) - the temperature only needs to be body temperature to melt. (if your chocolate is a bit more thick we recommend adding a couple cocoa butter nibs to thin out the chocolate to perfect dipping consistency)
- Dip pretzel, shake off extra chocolate, while chocolate is still wet sprinkle with frosty sprinkle mix.
- Set on parchment paper to dry!
