Do You Love Pie? We Have a Cupcake for You!
To decorate this cupcake choose a pie filling of your choice and place a heaping spoonful on top of the cupcake. Leave at least a half inch from the edge. Then use a basketweave tip (tip 46 or 47) to pipe the lattice lines and the ruffled edges.
Some combinations that we suggest vanilla cupcake with apple pie filling, spice cake with apple, chocolate cupcake with cherry pie pilling, vanilla and blueberry.
