Join Jayden in this fun Winter Level 1 Cookie Decorating Workshop!

In this beginners class you will learn:
 -about royal icing 
-coloring & preparing consistencies of icing used for these cookies
-outlining and flooding
-staggered flooding
-working with sprinkles / sugars
-Details with thicker consistency

Each student will receive 5 cookies to decorate: 1 of each special themed decorating design, with a take home box & a copy of recipes for the sugar cookies & royal icing used.

    This was my first time picking up a piping bag and decorating cookies. Jayden was a wonderful teacher, explained the techniques and then demonstrated them. She not only spent time on explaining how to decorate but went into lots of details about how to get the right consistency, what type of food colouring and ingredients to use for best results. I thoroughly enjoyed the class and looking forward to making cookies for the family this winter/Christmas!
