Raspberry Flavoring 1 oz

One of our most popular flavors, Raspberry Flavor, (also referred to as candy flavoring oil) is both sweet and tart. Reminiscent of summertime walks picking handfuls of berries for fresh pies and ice cream toppings.

Appropriate for use in chocolates and coatings, but may cause some thickening. Add liquified coconut oil, or cocoa butter to thin/smooth (typical use is ¼ to ½ teaspoon per pound).

Soluble in water

Fantastic! I tried this last night in my chocolate and the flavour really pops.
