Water Soluble Powder Color Violet 25 g
Water-soluble food color is obtained by dissolving the powder in water, propylene glycol or glycerine.
This type of coloring is used for water-based food products. It is perfect for sugar work (during baking), macaroons, icing, cake and cream.
Please Note: Dissolve first in the above mediums. It cannot, however, be used directly in food or to colour fatty substances, such as chocolate.
