The scraper is 25cm / 10inch height, perfect for most tall cakes.
The stainless steel side scraper comes perfectly polished and will look amazing in your kitchen.
The scraper is perfectly straight and sharp so you can create perfectly smooth edges around your cake.
Seeing as this scraper is stainless steel it can be heated before using and is easily wiped clean.
We recommend hand washing only to preserve the shiny finish
