Lavender Oil Natural Flavoring 1 oz

Lavender Oil is a pure, natural essential oil and is used as a flavoring as well as in aromatherapy for its fresh floral scent and flavor. When used as a flavor, use sparingly. Essential oils are potent. We recommend dipping a toothpick into the bottle and swirling into your batter or frosting.

Appropriate for use in chocolates and coatings (typical use is ¼ to ½ teaspoon per pound)

Made a delicious buttercream

I used this oil for a recipe for a lavender french buttercream frosting. A little goes a long way, it was a beautiful elegant flavour that I balanced with some vanilla, lemon and honey.
