Glucose Syrup
Use this to make home made fondant, to soften your royal icing, and in baking. You will receive approx 650 g.
Ingredients: Glucose ( Corn Syrup )
Allergens: May contain nuts, dairy, soy and soy products, eggs, sulphites, wheat, and gluten.

Extremely thick and lightly sweet.
Hard to measure and pour as it is too thick. The taste is extremely mild and does not interfere with the taste of the baking.
