Fat Daddio's ProSeries Cookie Sheet features a slim and heavy-duty design that ensures it will be the last cookie sheet you will ever need. Ideal for baking cookies and an endless variety of confectionery delights. Thin cookie sheets do not retain sufficient heat in the oven to bake evenly, and steel cookie sheets continue baking even after removed from the oven. The anodized aluminum surface will heat fast and cool quickly to prevent over-baking. Crafted with a 1 1/2" lip on one edge of the pan for easy-handling. Safe for citrus-based foods. Built to last through daily use in both the home kitchen and commercial establishments.
