I have only recently started using colourmill oil blend to colour my chocolate. This is way easier than colored powders and the colored candy melts have sky rocketed in price recently! I found powders make the chocolate a bit lumpy and it's hard to get an even colour but with this it is a breeze and no lumps. I am slowly adding them to my inventory as needed and can't wait to have them all! These really take the guess-work out of mixing colours to match client inspo photos.
