Sparkle Dust is a bigger grain than Lustre dust. You will see more of a grain then you would with Lustre or Petal Dust when you use the pump to apply it to your cake decorating.

We got asked to make rose gold cupcakes for a sweet sixteen party and were stumped how to make rose gold frosting. Adding a dusting of this sparkle dust gave our buttercream the perfect amount of shimmer to make it look metallic.
