Dec-Ons® sugar decorations are made primarily from finely granulated sugar which is molded into various shapes and hand painted with edible food colors. Orthodox Union Kosher Certified. 

INGREDIENTS:
Sugar, Egg White Solids, Modified Corn Starch (E1412), May Contain: FD&C Blue #1 (E133), Blue #2 (E132), Red
#3 (E127), Red #40 (E129), Yellow #5 (E102), Yellow #6 (E110).

ALLERGEN STATEMENT:
 The following ingredients are not used in this facility and will not come into contact with the products
being produced – Wheat, Milk, Fish, Shell-fish (crustaceans), Peanuts, and/or Tree nuts.
 Eggs and Soy products are used in this facility. Formulations that do not contain allergens are
produced first on the equipment at the beginning of the day and then move into formulations that
contain allergens. A complete wash down and sanitation of the equipment is conducted at the end of
the manufacturing shift.
 FD&C Yellow #5 which has been identified as a chemical irritant is used in the facility and listed in the
ingredient statements of those product that contain the color.
 Dec-Ons® decorations are gluten free.
