Press Ice Diamond Set 1 FMM

The first "Special Edition" members of the FMM Press-Ice family, the 3 Pattern impression tools each have horizontal panels of pins arranged in individual, yet very versatile patterns. All 3 patterns can be used on their own, or as a base for many other designs.

Press-Ice Pattern 1 is designed to be used horizontally for best results. In this way, a seamless and continuous panel pattern can be achieved around your cake by placing the first row of pins into the last row if holes as you work your way around the sides.
Held horizontally, Press-Ice Pattern 1 will impress a diamond design 3cm deep around the side of a cake, with a clear 2cm margin beneath the pins.

Once the pattern has been impressed, simply pipe over the holes and/or attach appliquéd shapes. We have shown a number of patterns and designs made using the Pattern 1 tool but, with a little creativity, the possibilities are endless!
