Kids Easter Theme Cupcake Class - March 30th AM

Skill level : Kid’s Class (Age 8-15)

When: Thursday March 30th

Time: 10am - 11:30am (Please note this class may end earlier depending on your abilities, this does not affect the integrity of the materials being taught)

Where: Scoop-n-Save - #33B - 1800 Tranquille Road, Kamloops

This class is for Junior Bakers to learn some fun and festive themed cupcake decorating designs. During the lesson you will learn how to:

• make Standard American  Buttercream
• colour the buttercream
• fit piping bags with couplers & piping tips
• how to properly fill a piping bag
• 4 different styles of cupcake decoration design

Each student will receive 4 cupcakes to decorate: 1 of each special themed decorating design, with a take home box, a copy of the class notes, the recipe for the buttercream used, and a list of class equipment that is available in store for purchase to practice your new skills at home, plus a little goodie bag.
