Add these "Magical" Sparkles to your baking and impress your family and friends with the holographic sparkles. These are awesome to use on fondant, gumpaste, buttercream icing, royal icing and more. Not to be used on "wet" icing like whipping cream, ice cream or a moist buttercream icing. To add on a dry surface like fondant then use a small amount of "sugar glue" or water - but sparingly.

Magic Sparkles are a wonderful way to enhance gourmet and speciality food items. They are small, jewel-like, flakes that can be sprinkled on cakes, pastries, chocolates, donuts, cupcakes, cookies and other similar food items. A magical rainbow effect, reflecting the entire spectrum, is revealed when light shines on each flake. Magic Sparkles are fully edible, GM free, gluten-free, suitable for vegetarians and Halal certified.

I LOVE this product. It's so pretty and very sparkly. Works great with my chocolate making! It's a stunning deep red. Wish there was more in the jar though :-)
