CMC Powder ( Tylose - 55 grams )

Used as an "edible glue" for gumpaste, fondant, modelling chocolate and more .... To make your "glue" add a small amount of water to a small amount of tylose powder , shake or stir , then once settled after a couple of hours add more water as needed to the desired consistency ( the water and tylose ratio will vary depending on the amount you want to make - you can always add more water if it is too thick ) .. This product is also great for making your fondant act like gumpaste for modelling flowers, figurines etc .. add 1 -3 tsp of Tylose powder to 1lb of fondant. Dry humidity areas use less Tylose and High humidity areas use more Tylose. Knead it in very well to your fondant. On smaller amounts use small pinches of tylose powder to your fondant until you get the consisitency that you are looking for. Each bottle has 55 grams...
