Classic Knit Silicone Mold
Whether you cover the sides of your cake with this incredibly textured panel or cut out shapes to top cookies and cupcakes, the Classic Knit Simpress™ is an essential knit pattern that is used to create the foundation of many edible knit creations. You might not believe this but fondant, gumpaste, modeling chocolate, marzipan, Isomalt and chocolate, once unmolded from this Simpress™, look more like knit than the fabric itself. You might wonder how this could be but we at Marvelous Molds aren’t surprised since we were the ones that worked through a very painstaking process that makes total capture of details possible.
