    I’ve only used this for bread dough so far. I do like how firm it is, though there is some flex. It’s been a pretty helpful tool to have.

    My comment is exactly the same as the first person.....it's a good scraper but there is a nub in the middle, which doesn't create a smooth finish.when using buttercream frosting for cakes. I ended up buying a bigger and longer scraper, which didn't have the nub.

    Strong and stiff for smoothing out buttercream when covering it up with decorations. One pet peeve of mine is that the flat side isn't all completely flat. It has this nub where the plastic is welded together so I can't create the lovely minimalist cakes. Will still use this for other purposes. However will purchase a different and taller scraper
