Frozen Themed Rice Krispie Squares

These trio of rice krispie designs  are perfect treats for a Disney Frozen themed birthday party.

Frozen Rice Krispie Squares:

Frozen Rice Krispie Treats in Elsa Blue

Frozen Icy Blue with Sprinkles Rice Krispie Square :

  1. Melt your tempered chocolate using an electric frying pan set on low (100-110 degrees) - the temperature only needs to be body temperature to melt.
  2. add your powdered fat dispersible colour in brilliant blue to get your shade of blue chocolate you are looking for. Add a small amount of the powder to start and stir and then if needed add more if you want the colour more intense. With the Roxy & Rich powered colours - a little powder goes a long way. If the powder color thickens your chocolate a bit, we recommend adding a couple cocoa butter nibs to thin out the chocolate to perfect dipping consistency
  3. dip your paper straw in chocolate and push it in to the top of your rice crispy square and let that set.
  4. Then dip your rice crispy treats as far up the rice crispy you want it to go, shake off extra chocolate and lay on parchment paper to dry.
  5. Melt down tempered white chocolate put it into a disposable piping bag and cut a small hole at the end, use this to drizzle the white chocolate over the blue dipped rice crispy , and before the white chocolate hardens sprinkle on your sprinkles!
  6. Let dry & enjoy!
